At the training meeting, Tian Ran shared the experience and sentiment of the competition。Taking the "Engineering thermodynamics" taught as an example, she explained from six aspects: content, topic selection, content design, on-site display, lecture difficulties, competition perception, and shared the mind process of preparing for the competition and the perception of a good course。Ban Huiyong taught the winning demonstration course of "Bearing Capacity of Steel columns under Fire" competition, introduced the course from the failure of steel columns under fire, derived the stability calculation results of steel columns under fire through conventional steel column stability calculation, analyzed how to avoid structural damage, and explained the solution to the problem。Professor Xue Qing gave guidance to the participants on "How to prepare for the Basic Teaching Skills Competition"。She introduced the content of the basic teaching skills competition, teaching design and matters needing attention in the competition from three aspects, and gave detailed and comprehensive guidance on how to choose the teaching content, prepare the teaching plan, and conduct the on-site demonstration。Professor Zhang Youguang guided and trained the contestants on the relationship between teaching and scientific research, the relationship between topic selection and presentation mode, the relationship between teaching content and curriculum ideology and politics, the relationship between PPT blackboard writing and teaching AIDS, and the relationship between teaching activities and student interaction。
