National student loan is a credit loan provided by the government, financial discount interest and financial institutions to students from poor families in colleges and universities. It helps students from poor families pay tuition, accommodation and living expenses during the school period to ensure the smooth completion of their studies。2024The national campus student loan is undertaken by the Bank of China。The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Application conditions

1.Having the nationality of the People's Republic of China and holding a resident identity card of the People's Republic of China;

2.Full-time students, including undergraduate, graduate and second degree students;

3.Be honest and trustworthy, abide by laws and regulations, and have no illegal or disciplinary behaviors;

4.Good personal credit records, no default records, no large commercial loans;

5.Have full capacity for civil conduct(Minors must obtain written consent from their legal guardians and submit their identity cards)；

6.Due to the family's financial difficulties, the funds raised are not enough to cover the tuition fees, accommodation fees and living expenses during the study period;

7.No places of origin have been obtained for this academic year信用National student loan eligibility。

2. Application object and amount

1.Students who apply for the national student loan at the campus for the first time;

2.Students who have applied for campus student loans in previous years and need to renew loans this academic year;

3.The amount of loans applied for by full-time college students per year shall not exceed16000Yuan;The amount of loans applied for each full-time graduate student per year shall not exceed20000元。

Third, the handling process

Step 1: Students open an account in Bank of China (students must hold a Bank of China debit card, and the account is valid);

Step 3: Enrollment confirmation, review of student loan eligibility (Please be sure to participate in the school family financial hardship identification work, notice has been in2024年9月20Published on the day);

Step 4: Loan students who have passed the qualification review sign the loan contract online;

Step 5: Bank of China loans, priority for tuition and accommodation fees and disbursement to the school account, living expenses into the student's own Bank of China debit card, funding business room unified12Monthly payment of tuition and accommodation fees for loan students。

Iv. Special Instructions

    1.Students who have not opened a Bank of China card can go to any branch of Bank of China nationwide to apply, and ensure that the balance of the new bank card is retained at least10元。

    2.Students who apply for the national student loan on campus should ensure that the ID card is valid within the period. Students who are about to expire should go to any branch counter of Bank of China to renew the new ID card in time after applying for it。
